My mission is to bring awareness, guide, and inspire the next generation of aviation professionals by celebrating passion, sharing knowledge, and informing them about the limitless career opportunities in the aviation industry. Through content creation and community building, I strive to honor the legacy of those who came before me and contribute to the future of flight.
The aviation industry is facing a critical shortage of skilled workers. According to Boeing, by 2044, the global industry will need:
660,000 new pilots
710,000 new maintenance technicians
1,000,000 new cabin crew members
And let’s not forget one of the most urgent crises, the shortage of air traffic controllers, which has already contributed to incidents in the busy East Coast airspaces of the U.S.
While the path to a career in aviation can be long, demanding, and costly, I believe the rewards are worth it, especially when driven by genuine passion. I hope to ignite that spark in others and help them discover what this industry has to offer.
Whether your interest lies in flying planes, directing traffic from a control tower, working the ramp, designing and maintaining aircraft, or managing airport operations, there is something in aviation for everyone.
My intentions are simple: to spread awareness, share resources, and get involved with the next generation of aviation professionals. I will be working on this project throughout my high school years, and hopefully beyond, to help address this issue by creating and sharing original content such as articles, blogs, surveys, interviews, and more.
Let’s get you off the ground.
My goal is to serve as a source of encouragement for others to join the aviation community, and this website represents my first step toward that mission. Some of the actions I’m taking toward my goals include giving school presentations and promoting this website on social media platforms. I plan to use my website to discuss aviation with others and will continually update and improve its content. As the aviation landscape evolves, my website will evolve along with it.
